You pay nothing until you hire someone we placed. Our fee is 18–22% of the placed rep's first-year OTE — only triggered when you make the hire. No retainer, no upfront cost.

How is this different from a recruiter?

Recruiters give you CV-screened strangers. We give you 2–3 operator-vetted candidates matched to your exact sales motion — by someone who has actually run outbound at scale.

What roles do you place?

What does the 90-day guarantee cover?

If the placed rep leaves or is let go for performance within 90 days, we find a replacement at no additional placement fee.
